A view of the exterior of the Administration Building at the Alameda Airport. The central portion of the building is two storeys high; the wings on either side are at a raised one-storey height, giving the overall appearance of a castle. There is a control tower on the roof of the central portion of the building. A crowd of people is witness to an event; they are standing behind a fence at the front of the building, and lining the two roofs.
