Inside is a listing of the Cabin Passengers on the S.S. Sierra, voyage 32, "Sailing from Auckland, N.Z., at 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 21st, 1931, for Suva, Fiji, Pago Pago, Honolulu, T.H., and San Francisco." The officers are listed headed by Captain R. J. Melanphy, U.S.N.R., Commander. Then the First Class passengers are listed, by destination, followed by the Second Class passengers, also listed by destination. The ship was part of the "Matson Navigation Company, General Offices, San Francisco, California."
