This photo which is adhered to matboard depicts a newspaper cameraman crossing the picket line in downtown Oakland during the Oakland General Strike of December, 1946. The group appears to be standing in front of a bar as the tile on the building depicts a martini glass. There is also a sign on the building for reductions on jewelry (the entire sign is not legible).
