The last printed page shows the "Salary Schedule", e.g. for zero years of experience the salary varied from $1300.00 to $1700.00 (the latter for someone in "Class V [with a] Master's Degree...[11 years of experience] varied from $2290.00 to $2800.00." Witten in black ink across the front is "Return when finished with." Written in black ink beneath the salary schedule "Paid in twelve installments."
