Printed poster is a reprint of a hand-painted original poster advertising a minstrel show from 1931, which depicts the head of an African-American 'minstrel' wearing a blue and white top hat and smoking a cigarette in a cigarette holder. His head is placed in the center of a star-shape, the lower two points of which have been filled with blue and white stripes.
