Booklet is 96 pages long, and features recipes for preparing all the different kinds of fish and seafood found in California, indexed by fish and by method of preparation. Front cover features an image of a whole fish on a platter surrounded by lettuce, lemon slices, and olives. The back cover features an image of two fishermen in a boat on the ocean. The quality of the full-color cover artwork is quite nice.
