Figures on unidentifid pacific coast beach

Paintings by Alfred C. Rodriguez are rare. Artist studied at S.F. School of Design w/Jules Tavernier while still a teenager. Established studio in Oakland at age 18. Harry Cassie Best was pupil of Rodriguez. Artist died of consumption in San Francisco's German Hospital at the age of 28.
