Painting on birch panel shows a close up of a television with an image of a woman in black and white.  The woman is wearing a black dress and she has dark hair.  She appears to be singing. Her right hand is shown held up near her chest. The television is tuned to channel 03 and there is a cord coming out of television to right side of the image. The control panel of the television has four small nobs and one large nob.
