Photo shows the new air traffic control tower rising up from the administration building. On the tarmac near the building is a plane from the Military Air Transport Service (MATS). In the area nearby are crates and barrels stacked up. In the background, on the other side of the building is a parking lot and more airport buildings. Also visible is the marsh area in front of the airport and the Oakland Hills.
