2002.78.11
This is the first in a 19 part series, in which the Vietnam war is chronologically explained. It is broken into sub-chapters that develop concepts such as Vietnames environment, war strategies by both sides, and experiences of soldiers, and other people who were involoved.
The cover shows the image of a soldier with his helmet on, smoking a cigerette, the jungle in the background. The title signage is in red bold letters above his head, with a note that the series is "complete in 19 weekly pars" and that this issue is #1. Orbis and the price list are in the lower left corner.
Inside the magazine is a pull out section 2002.78.11a, which is a folded, two-sided map and fact sheet of the Vietnam War, there are photographs, and aerial views from Vietnam, quotes and theories.
This series is designed to compliment "Eyewitness NAM" another 15-part series by Orbis. See 2002.78.12 and 2002.78.13
