A: Copy book, with yellow cover, printed in red. Inside are double sheets. The pages at the beginning of the book have been printed in black. Those in the back are blank because the students has not gotten that far. B: Blotter, cream colored; well-used.

Copy book used in conjuction with master tracing sheets (item 2003.110.55 A-M) for students to practice penmanship. Student would slide the master tracing sheet in between the copy book page and trace over the characters. (E. Lee May 2005).
