Tribune caption on the back, Occt. 1, 1950, "Just right for a fast tennis game." Photo shows a model posing on a tennis court wearing a tennis costume. The costume consists of a flapper style hat, a scarf tied around her shoulders over a stripped cardigan sweater and pleated skirt, with patterned knee socks and shoes. She has a tennis racket tucked under her right arm and is holding a tennis ball in her left hand. Used in the Tribune on this date but the photo was probably taken in the late 1920s or 1930s. Found in Tribune envelope marked "Fashion, sports costume."
