Handwritten on the back of the photo, "'Zip It' vest and parachute pants worn with skinny leather musical motif tie- World of Pants stores." Photo shows an African American man posing in his sharp outfit on a paved sidewalk most likely in Oakland. He is posingwith his left hand resting on his hip and his right hand, which is wearing a glove, is in the air near his head. He is wearing a button down shirt with a tie under a vest and pants decorated with a number of zippers and soft boots. Found in Tribune envelope marked "Fashion, men, 1981"
