pink card, in the center there is an oval logo with the Golden Gate Bridge a camera and video-camera with San Francisco Bay Area Press Photographers Association around the circumfrence. Above and below the oval reads PRESS CAMERAMAN, on either side there are four spaces for: the Chief of Police signature, the name of the Photographer, who the photographer represents and the issue number (in this case it is 91). On the very bottom of the card there is a disclaimer that reads "This vehicle identification card is the property of the San Francisco Bay Area Press Photographers Association. Unauthorized use of this card is violation of local and state laws. If found return to S.F.B.A.P.P.A., 546 Wisconsin Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, Return Postage Guaranteed. Expires December 31, 1984."

The following description was taken from a print-out that accompanied the gift.About the Artist- Buck Joseph Buck Joseph is a descendent of a pioneer family who came across the plains in a covered wagon. He was born in San Leandro and grew up there. He was a parachutist in the Marine Corp. during WWII. He became a cattle rancher following this for a short-time.For fifteen years he was a still cameraman for the Oakland Tribune. For the last twenty years he has been a motion picture cameraman for Channel 7 T.V. Station. During 1972, Buck was honored with 2 Emmy awards for motion pictures by the National Association of T.V. Arts & Sciences.
