Banner made of green canvas with appliqued white cotton letters on both sides, trimmed in white canvas, with a fringe at the bottom. It has rope on the top and bottom sleeves for hanging. The letters read: "Capwell's Store-Wide $ Dollar Day." There are two round holes cut out (for air circulation). On the top row it says" Emerson MFG. Co. S.F, CAL Makers,' printed in black ink.
