From back of photo: "March K. Fong - 1 col x 3 1st Tues - Zine & Print to Art Hakel (Hahel?) in Library." In red: "Preferred pix Sept. 1969 cut filed." This appears to be an official photograph. Mrs,. Fong is smiling (upper row of teeth showing) off to one side of the photographer and seated in a library -- many shelves of books behind her of the kind that hold official records. The background around her head has been painted out so that her head and neck are highlighted. Mrs. Fong is seated with her left hand over her right on a table. On her left ring finger are two rings. One appears to be a gold band and the other is a stone that sits above its band. She is in a black/navy high neck dress with 3/4 sleeves. She is also wearing a three-stranded pearl necklace with graduated sizes. The smallest size at the unseen clasp graduating to the largest in front and then getting smaller toward the clasp. Her dark hair covers most of her ears and is done in a bouffant style with bangs.
