From back of photo: "1 col x 3 1/4" March Fong Eu - 1st Tues foc. Eu 1 col x 3" Soc Fri 1st." From captions cut out of newspaper: "Apr 14, 1975 March Fong Eu was one of the big guns. Nov 28, 1975 March Eu replaced another woman. This appears to be an official photograph with the background behind the head and neck painted out. Ms. Fong is smiling and seated at a library table -- there are many shelves of books behind her of the type that contain official records. She is wearing a long sleeved white turtleneck sweater/blouse with a square pendant with five dark stones (one at each corner and one in the middle) hanging from a chain around the collar of the blouse by one if its corners. Her dark hair is in a boufant/teased-full style. It covers her ears. Her lipstick is of a light or natural shade. She is facing the camera. On the ring finger of her right hand is a ring that appears to be made up of two dark pearls or stones. The hand rests on the right side of an open book. The left hand rests on the top of the left side of the book. On this hand she wears two rings, one on the middle and another on the ringer finger. The nails of both hands have natural or light policy.
