Appears to be a copy (xerox) of a photograph. At the top of the copy are: "Eu, March Fond '80."
Head and shoulders photo of March Fong Eu before a microphone. She appears to be facing the camera and has her mounth closed. Her dark hair is done in a bouffant/teased style with curls and she has bangs covering half of her brow. She is wearing a dark turtleneck sweater with a jacket in a matching or complementary color with a rounded V neck. The jacket has no lapels and appears to button down the front. She is also wearing a pearl choker necklace and pear earlings. The silver(?) microphone has a wire at one end, is apparently one that can be hand held but is clipped in pace before her on an extension arm. She may be behind a podium.
At the top of someone has typed the following; some of the text is missing:
"Sen. S.I. Hayakawa, R-Calif. (L) announced his [inten]tion to create a uniform voting law to close ....e time here 11/6. California's top election ..... [F]ong Eu, said the events Tuesday evening ... 'our turnout dropped to practically nothing," (HAYAKAWA)
From a file - March Fong Eu.
