From the back of the photo: "Alameda County Schools, Curriculum Materials Center, Code PMUG 291, Subject Classification March K. Fong, 4263 St. Andrews Road, Oakland '5." "Fong 1 col. x 3" cyut to Hope." There is also a cutout from a newspaper as the photo was printed in it with her name below -- "Alaco School Bd, Trib May 29, 1962." Other dates are Feb 1962 and March 13, 1962. Head and shoulders of March K. Fong. She is looking to the left of the camera and her upper teeth are showing. Her short dark hair is softly teased (close to the head) with curls and no bangs. She is wearing a print top. It has a light colored layer with dark overlay that has a flowered pattern. The outer layer may be velvet. She is wearing a two-stranded pearl necklace. The pearls graduate in size with the smallest being on both sides of the clasp and the largest ones in the middle/front. She wears large pearl earfings. The earrings are two circles of pearls and cover her lower ears. She does ont appear to be wearing much makeup other than lipstick.
