It is posed with both people smiling broadly and looking at the camera. Their arms are at their respective sides. Mrs. Eu is on the right side of the photo. Her dark hair is in the bouffant/teased style, like an Afro, with full bangs across her brow. She is wearing a light colored suit with a blouse. The blouse has an abstract pattern of varying colors on a light background. There is a round dark (enamel?) button on the left lapel of the jacket. Mr. Tunney is on the left side of the photo and is about eight inches taller than Mrs. Eu. His smile shows both his upper and lower teeth. His hair is light brown or dark blond, appears to be layered, falls across his brow and is worn just above his ears. He is wearing a light colored suit -- raw silk? -- that has accent stitching along the outer lapels and collar areas. The jacket is buttoned. He is in a light colored shirt with wide collar and solid (no pattern) wide light colored tie. The background is out of focus/muted but it would be a street with shops/stores and lights.
