The image shows the Acheson Hotel in 1895, with a large group of men standing in front, with some horse's and wagons/carriages/ Around the corner you can see Acheson's Livery Stable as well. On the back, it is written that Acheson Hotel was the only hotel in Berkeley at the time, there is also writing that alludes to the image being used in a newspaper, although the newspaper itself is not identified.
