Length of horsehair rope. Both ends have a knot and tassle. Dark brown and lighter horsehair, probably from the manes and tails of horses, twisted. Card atteched by donor indicates that the rope belonged to Kate Tennent Cousins (Catalina Felicita Tennent Cousins).

Card attached by donor mentions the rope may be human hair (Kate Cousins?) and it mentions a link to the silver trophy for her elegant horsemanship in the museum collection and pictures relating to her in the museum collection.
