This is one of several glossy black and white photographs of Dorothy Liebes kept by weaver and friend, Kamma Zethraus. The image is of an interior. Liebes, dressed in a black, short sleeved outfit with pearls at her neck, is seated casually with her left arm resting over the back edge of a chair. Next to her, a man (dressed in a suit) is standing holding the edge of a drapery that Liebes has designed. Also of interest in this interior shot, is a side chair, upholstered with tulips printed on the back. The interior is reflected in a large mirror which shows Liebes' legs crossed at the ankle with high heeled black shoes on her feet, and her signature up-swept hairdo.
