The caption reads :MISS MEXICO CANDIDATES- Supervisor Leland Sweeney buys tickets for the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta, to be held May 4 at Oakland High School Auditorium, from Miss Lidia Alexandrew, Richmond and Miss Rosa Duarte, Oakland, candidates for "Miss Mexico." Proceeds will go to the Mexican scholarship fund."
