Below the words GREAT SEAL OF THE are many stars and under the center of the stars is the word EUREKA. The picture in the center of the seal is of a seated ancient warrior wearing a plumed headdress and holding a spear. Behind and on the left side of the seal of the warrior appears to be a lake or other body of water with boats and beyond the body of water hills and mountains. Behind the warrior on the right side of the seal could be a city. Secretary of State Eu stands to the right of the seal. Her dark curly hair is full. She is smiling -- top row of teeth show -- and looking off to one side of the camera. She wears a white high neck blouse that ties at the neckline in a large bow with a dark collarless jacket. She is also wearing drop earrings. Behind her is what could be the leaf of a plant.
