Under is is another smaller wall hanging in a thinner dark frame with darker matting. On the right side of the alcove are two plaques on the wall. One has only the lower corner visible and the one below it is rectangular in shape with a gold/light colored V near the top. Governor Reagan is seated at a desk in a chair with a tall back. The upper most part of the dark wooded chair back is carved with a rendition of a conquistador? The part above the carving is a half circle (arc) and on each side it is a horizontal step down then a vertical portion. The desk is of a dark wood and is shiny and a horizontal grain is apparent. He has a pen in his right hand which rests on some papers. His left forearm and hand rest on the desk. Also on the desk above his right hand are what could be a clock (back only visible) and a pen holder with pen in place. On the left side of the photo appear to be other papers. . He is wearing a light colored suit, white shirt with cufflinks and dark tie with slanted stripes. He has dark short hair. March Fong is standing just behind on the left side of photo smiling - her top row of teeth are visible with her arms beside her. She is wearing a suit of dark horizontal stripes that has no collar. The material is set at a diagonal around her waist. She wears a white turtle neck under the jacket. She wears earrings. Her hair is a bouffant/teased style and her shadow is visible in the alcove behind her. Maris Polvorosa standing with this arms at his side just behind on the right side. He is wearing a dark suit, white shirt and solid colored tie and pocket kerchief. His jacket shows one light colored button in the buttonhole. His hair is short and dark and wears a mustache. He wears glasses.
