From back of photo: "O.R.E.B. Lamplighter Award Presentation: (L to R), Albert J. Lowry, Committee vice Chairman; Assemblywoman March K. Fong; Jess J. Olivan, Executive Vice President." Jun 14, 1970. Real Estate, 1st Sunday. March 4 3/4 wide Woman between two men; both men looking at camera, woman looking lightly to left, from the waist up. Their shoulders/arms all appear to be touching one another. They are in a room with white or very light colored walls. In the left corner of the photo behind one of the men is what appears to be a US Flag on a pole. Only the stars are showing. On the left side of the photo is Mr. Lowry, a man with short dark hair and a beard. He has a neutral/happy expression (no teeth showing). He wears dark horn-rimmed glasses. His jacket is of a light color with a large checked pattern. The checks could be approximately two-three inches square with a light colored square and darker lines intersecting one another in various widths. His shirt appears to be in a complementary color (to the stripes in his jacket?) and he wears a tie to match his shirt. A pocket scarf is visible in his breast pocket. He holds an award being presented to Mrs. Fong. His right arm is bent at the elbow with his right thumb on the frame of the award; three fingers of his left hand are visible under the award. In the middle is Assemblywoman Fong smiling (teeth showing). Her dark hair is worn just to her ear lobes in a smooth bouffant/teased style. She is wearing earrings. She wears a light colored sleeveless and collarless dress with what appears to be a chain or linked belt. A circular broach is just below the middle of the neckline. The broach has a small solid circular center piece with spokes radiating out from it to another circular piece that catch the spokes just before their tips. Her left arm is bent at the elbow and on her left wrist is a watch, a ring is on her ring finger and in her left hand is a light bulb. Mr. Olivan is on the right side of the photo smiling (teeth showing). His dark hair is also worn short and he has side burns to just below the middle of his ear. He wears dark horn-rimmed glasses. His jacket is of a dark color and he wears a white shirt with dark tie and matching pocket scarf in his breast pocket. His arms are at this sides.
