Serious/neutral expression on woman facing man. Man is not identified and is seen only from back/profile. Assemblywoman Fong's dark hair is worn to just below her ears and she appears to be wearing a hairpiece of large curls (three are visible) on top of her head. She has full bangs across her forehead to around her eyebrows. She is wearing a medium colored suit (neither light nor dark) with a nubby texture. The color and lapels match the blouse. The round neck blouse is of a light color with a floral pattern of flowers and leaves in a color that is probably the same as the color of the suit. She also wears a chocker of a single strand of small pearls. He left arm is bent at the elbow and she could be holding a pair of gloves of a dark color. Beneath her hand, that has a ring on one of her fingers, appears to be a black purse. It apparently opens with a clasp that is shaped like a cylinder with a pointed top and gold or light colored stones at its base on the purse. The man is on the left side of the photo and appears to be waring a dark colored suit with shite shirt. His hair is short and ark and one stem and one lens of his horn-rimmed eyeglasses is visible. His right hand is bent at the elbow.
