Aftershock! Voices from the 1906 Earthquake and Fire. Great Hall, April 1 - August 13, 2006.

The green velvety photo album is held together by a brown string that is tied in a bow in the back. A manila note has been pasted to the front of the album, and reads Oakland April, 18 1906. Inside the album 16 photographs of the damage in Oakland from the 1906 Earthquake, as well as images of releif/refugee camps in Oakland are pasted to black pages. There are also four loose photographs that are later prints of some of the images in the album. Many of the prints in the album are printed from the negatives also recieved with the collection- see subrecords for links and additional information regarding the photographs.
