A-B: red leather case over cardboard (holds four pink paper packages of needles); tooled in gold gilt and green. A: The lid reads: "Ask for any size to refill" on the front, and "Patented Needle Preserves" on the top. B: The bottom of the case, with a black sleeve holding pink packages in place. C-D: Pink paper tubular package of steel needles. C: is the topp os the package, marked "7" on the top "G.L.Turney's Patenet Victory Needle Preserve. D: Bottom of tube reads " 7, Egg Eyes, By Her Majesty's Royal Letters Patenet." Package is empty. E-F: E is the lid, marked "8", F is the bottom, also marked "8"; all of the rest of the lettering is the same as C-D. Package holds needles. G-H: G is the top, H the bottom, both marked "9," the rest of the lettering is the same as C-D; package contains silver colored foil. I-J: I is the top, J the bottom, both marked "10," the rest of the lettering is the same as C-D; contains silver colored foil.
