A pair of "flip flop" style sandals (red strap over foot with a tab between the big toe and the other toes). Sole is baby blue foam rubber (marked "man made material"); the bottom surface is a series of bas relief monkey heads; the top surface is printed with a large 3/4 monkey head at the center of the foot, with small money heads in a diaper pattern as the background, in peach color, black and red. A: Is the right flip flop; B: is the left flip flop. (Size 9/10)

The monkey head is the Paul Frank logo. (Monkey is named Julius.) Flip flops were for many years relegated to beach wear. In the early 2000s they became popular for more general wear. In the Spring and Summer of 2005, fashion magazines ran many illustrations of dressier flip flops, obviously meant to be worn to more formal evening events. Both genders would wear flip flops with ease.
