On the inside of the cover is an introduction, "What's a California Raisin" by Martha Rohrer, Nutritionist, Director of Home Economics. The recipes vary from "Famous Amazin' Raisin Layer Cake," to "Ginger Beef with Raisin Sauce," to "North Beach Panetone," to "Yosemite Vagabond Baked Beans." A table of contents is printed on the inside of the back cover.
