Plumas County is outlined with a red border. The county names of Lassen, Sierra, Butte, and Tehama, which border Plumas County, are all printed in red. Paper tag pasted on the front and another on the spine "30." Inside cover of folder has a listing of Weber's maps which sell for $.75 to $1.00 each. And the California and Nevada Pocket Maps are advertised at $.25.
