White paper map of Siskiyou County set in a tan folder, with blue printing: "Thomas Bros. Map, Los Angeles...San Francisco...Seattle...Oakland, 361 17th Street, GLencourt 6756," for cities in Alameda County. "Siskiyou Co." is printed (sideways) in ink, on the cover of the folder. Stamped on the folder and on the map itself is: "White & Pollard, Bank of Commerce Building, Oakland, California." Paper tag pasted on the front and another on the spine "43." Siskiyou County is outlides with a red border, and the adjoining counties: Del Norte, Humboldt, Trinity and Shasta are lettered in red. Hoopa Valley Indian Reservation is marked in Humboldt County. There are red pencil marks around Goose Lake in Shasta County, and Forest Mountain in Siskiyou County. The map was published by C. F. Weber & Co., San Francisco and Los Angeles.
