Stamped on the label and on the map itself is: "White & Pollard, Bank of Commerce Building, Oakland, California." "White & Pollard" is also written in ink on the outside label. Paper tag pasted on the front and another on the spine "52." Yolo County is outlined and lettered in turquoise color. Some ranchos are on the map: Chimiles Rancho, Rancho las Putas (indicated in two separate places), Rancho del Rio de las Putas, Rancho Canada der Capay and Rancho Questsos. Also shown on the map is "Netherlands Farm Co. Project, the Winters Canal, Adams Canal, irrigation and reclamation areas.
