This dress, with very tiny capped sleeves, and a high standing collar is covered with flowers and leaves exicuted in various colored sequins. The entire background of the dress is covered with spaced and diagonally placed bugle beads (in a silver-like clear). The beads almost look like rain falling on the flowers. It fastens at proper right, front. The garment is long, with 17 inch slits on either side of the skirt; the edges are trimmed with a band of blue sequins.

This dress was given to Mrs. Chinn as a gift from an Uncle, D. G. Hom.
