Nahas, center, President of the Oakland Chamber of Commerce, for the organization's contributions to the progress of daily living of Oakland and Alameda County are, Mayor Clifford E. Rishell of Oakland, left and Francis Dunn, right, Chairman of the Alameda County Board of Supervisors. The presentation marked the opening of Chamber of Commerce Week (April 3 to 10), a period in which all citizens are urged to become better acquainted with the vital services rendered by the civic organization." Three smiling men, all dressed in business attire with jacket and tie. Francis Dunn, at the proper left, is carrying a piece of paper. Mayor Rishell at the proper right is also carrying a piece of paper which appears to have an official seal on it.
