From "Dunn, Francis R" folder. From caption on back of photograph: "Plans for Veterans' Day Parade to be held in Hayward Nov. 11 have been completed by members of the Board of Supervisors and the Veterans Affairs Commission. They are (seated from left) Supervisors Leland W. Sweeney, Francis Dunn and Kent D. Pursel, and (standing, from left) John Groom, Allen F. Strutz, Supervisor Chester Stanley and Arthur B. Geen. It will be one of the nation's largest." Seven men pose for the camera, three of them seated in the foreground and four standing behind them. In the center foreground Francis Dunn is holding a piece of paper and looking directly at the camera. The other six men are looking at the paper, rather than the camera. They are dressed in similar-looking suits. Many of them carry handkerchiefs in their breast pockets.
