Salad plate from the Santa Fe Railway, design of antelope and annular band from ancient (13th century A.D.) Mimbreno Indian design of the American Southwest. Original piece (reproductions currently common in market) designed by architect Mary Colter for the A.T. & S.F. Railway. Plate was used as a portion of the place settings in the dining car of the Chicago-Los Angeles "Super Chief" from 1937-1971. PCK
