A large round ceramic bowl with a narrow base and a wide mouth holds a pile of tan and black ceramic "sticks". The exterior of the bowl is glazed white, which turns to deep pink around the base. Matte black patches appear on the sides. The interior is glazed medium brown with a black linear pattern. A few of the black and tan "sticks" are tied together with string and form a loose nest around smaller "sticks" and fragments of clay that rest in the bottom of the bowl.
