Camillian
This pink mohair sweater could also be worn as a mini dress. The pattern consists of four rows of cable stitch (two in front, two in back) increasing in scale from the shoulder to the hem. The cuffs, neck, and hem all have metallic silver colored thread added. (This yarn was commercially dyed.)
Camillia was a Berkeley based company that included Janet Lipkin, Lori Hansen, Amy Rothberg as artist/designers and Toshiko Sugiyama as the pattern maker. The products were done in a limited run (100/200 pieces) and were hand knit by local women.
