This small, "V" necked sweater is made of orchid colored yar, the arms, the stitching around the neck are variegated. Some bands of variegated yarn at the bottom edge of the body. "Balloons" of various colored yarns dot the front and sleeves of the sweater. At either shoulder in the back are balloons as well. The "strings" or lines to the balloons were crocheted in place.
Camillian was a Berkeley based company. Janet Lipkin, Lori Hansen, Amy Rothberg as aratist/designers and Toshiko Sugiyama as the pattern maker. The article were made in limited production (100/200 pieces) hand knitted by local women.
