The exterior of this book is black leatherette. The title "Call Bureau Classification" is worn off. The first page of this book reads: "Copies of this Classification are not for sale but are intended for distribution only to the casting directors whose names appear on the following page and to their respective studios. The use of this Classification or any part thereof by any other person is forbidden; all rights hereto, including the right to copy or reprint all or any part hereof, being hereby expressly reserved." Page 3: "This Classification has been prepared by the following committee of casting directors: William Perlberg - Columbia Pitures Corporation; Ralph W.
