Demitasse cup and saucer, A:cup, B:saucer. This cup and saucer has been handpainted featuring single violets with one or two leaves and their stems in a circle around the cup and the saucer. Both the cup and the saucer have a broad matte finish metallic gold band at the rim. The cup also has a broad foot or metallic gold and a handle of metallic gold.The inside of the cup is eggshell color and has a single violet, a single green leaf, and a single violet bud painted in it. The mark on the cup and the saucer are not identical but the cup and saucer definately go together. The foot of the cup is decorated with a fine scalloped line of green.
