This V Disc has two sides 519A which features the Benny Goodman Sextet (Benny Goodman on clarinet, Red Norvo of vibraphone, Teddy Wilson on piano, Mike Bryan on guitar, Slam Stewart on base and Morey Feld on drums) playing "Oomph Fah Fah," and "After You've Gone." On side 519B is Wood Herman and his Orchestra (vocals by Woody Herman) playing "I've Got the World On a String" and "Yeah-Man."

The records were prepared by the War Department, Entertainment & Recreation Branch, Special Services Division, A.S.F/ (As such, the use of the record for radio or commercial purposes is prohibited.) The record was used at Letterman General Hospital for recreational purposes.
