Box of permanent plastic curlers with curlers and papers inside. "Toni Home Permanent Plastic Curlers, Creme Cold Wave is printed on a pink band at the center of the box. Grey and white stripes are the background. Made by the Toni Comapny, St. Paul, Minn. Inside there are 56 plastic curlers in the shape of a bone with grooves on both sidea and a rubber band on one end. There is a stack of tissue papers attached on one side, to use with the curlers. The box has two tears, and is yellowd.
