There is a complete set of playing cards (52) along with two Jokers. Cheney's hunting clothes and the gun probably refer to the hunting accident he had on February 12, 2006 in which he accidentally shot Harry Whittington, a fellow hunter, while on a quail hunt in Texas. The "dead ducks" refer to unsuccessful 2008 Republican Presidential hopeful candidates Mitt Romney and Rudolph (Rudy) Giuliani.
