There is a complete set of playing cards (52) along with two Jokers. The "silver spoon" being held by Romney refers to his wealth. The "VP" button refers to his unsuccessful bid to be nominated as Vice President on the 2008 Republican ticket, after having lost his presidential bid to John McCain.
