There is a complete set of playing cards (52) along with two Jokers. The "border patrol" and a fence between Mexico and the United States is an issue in the west, especially in states such as California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. The whole issue of immigration, which is very important in the 2008 campaign, is often tied to the idea of guarding our border with Mexico, and a border patrol.
