There is a complete set of playing cards (52) along with two Jokers. Rush Limbaugh is a radio talk show host. His loyal fans (when they call into his show) usually say "Ditto, Rush" and then add something they want to say. This gave way to the term "Dittoheads." The term is also used as a pejorative by his critics who feel that Limbaugh's supporters tend to accept what Libaugh says, without thinking on their own.
